CarolineINSPIRES is a 2x TEDx Speaker, with more than 10 years of experience in youth and community outreach. She has transformed the lives of over 35k+ youth, young adults, and their stakeholders, empowering them to be challenged, celebrated, and charged to create unapologetic spaces of authenticity.

As an experienced and sought after community outreach and education consultant, CarolineINSPIRES has inspired and served more than 1k+ families by procuring over $40k+ of donations and other essential needs such as food, utilities, furniture, and health services. She has also curated multiple virtual and in-person school-wide assemblies, culturally-relevant creative programs and initiatives, as well as resource drives. Intentional about her work inside and outside of academic spaces, including advocating for mental health, CarolineINSPIRES intentionally

connects Black youth with sustaining opportunities and relationships for leadership & self development, advocacy, paid work experiences, and artist and public speaking development. As a native of North Tulsa, Oklahoma with a Master’s degree in Women’s Gender, & Sexuality Studies from The Ohio State University, she is a cross cultural influencer, entrepreneur, philanthropist, artist, speaker, author, and educator.
